The agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms with Vizograph Solutions, which operates Vizantra. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

What the service does

Vizantra connects to marketing platforms you already use, reads performance data from the accounts you select, and turns it into dashboards, reports, shared client portals and scheduled emails.

We add and change features over time. If we remove something you depend on, we give reasonable notice.

Your account

• Keep your password secret and your contact email current.
• You are responsible for what the people you invite to your organization do in it.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone has gained access to your account.

Connected platforms

You may only connect accounts you own or have permission to access, and you must have your client’s permission to read and report on their data.

Your use of Google and Meta data also has to follow their own terms and policies. Those platforms can change or withdraw their APIs, and if that limits what Vizantra can show, it is not a failure of the service. Vizantra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Meta.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the service to help someone else break it
• access an organization or account you have no right to
• resell raw access to the platform APIs through your Vizantra account
• probe, scrape or overload our systems, or work around limits and quotas
• upload malicious files, or branding and content you do not have the rights to

Plans, billing and trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, on the cycle shown at checkout.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, adds any sales tax, VAT or GST due in your country at checkout.
• Plan limits, such as the number of clients or connected sources, are shown on the pricing page.
• Unlimited means no fixed cap for normal agency use. If your usage would affect the service for other customers, we will contact you to agree a fair solution before limiting anything.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails we may pause paid features until it succeeds.
• We can change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Who owns what

Your data stays yours: your account details, your clients, your branding, and the marketing data you connect. You give us permission to process it only so we can provide the service.

Everything that makes up Vizantra itself — the software, design and brand — stays ours.

Availability

We work to keep Vizantra running and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Parts of the product depend on outside platforms, and when those are slow or unavailable, some data may be missing or delayed.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the reporting figures are free of error; they come from third-party platforms and are shown as those platforms report them. Check anything you rely on for a business decision.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your clients and disconnect your data sources at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by writing to info@vizograph.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the service at risk, or that has not paid.

After closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts where Vizograph Solutions is registered have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page, and we tell you by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
