Data DeletionHow to remove your data.

You can delete anything Vizantra holds, either from inside the product or by asking us. This page explains both, and what happens afterwards.

Last updated October 27, 2026

Delete it yourself

Everything below takes effect immediately.

  • Disconnect one account: open the client, go to Data Sources, and disconnect the source. Its stored access token is deleted at once, along with any stored figures for it, and its data stops appearing in dashboards and reports.
  • Delete one client: deleting a client removes its dashboards, reports, schedules, shared portal links and connected sources.
  • Delete single items: dashboards, reports, schedules and portal links can each be deleted on their own.

Ask us to delete it

Closing a whole account is done by email. Write to info@vizograph.com from the address on your account with "deletion" in the subject, and tell us whether you want one data source, one client, or the entire account removed.

We confirm the request, complete it within 30 days, and email you when it is done. If we need to keep an invoice for accounting or legal reasons, we say so in that reply.

Remove access from Facebook

Disconnecting inside Vizantra deletes the token we hold. You can also withdraw the permission from Facebook itself.

  • Open Facebook Settings, then "Apps and websites".
  • Find Vizantra in the list of apps you have logged into.
  • Choose Remove, which withdraws the permission entirely.

For Google accounts, the same can be done at myaccount.google.com under "Third-party apps with account access".

Remove access from Instagram

Removing Vizantra in Instagram withdraws the permission and tells us at once: we delete the stored access token and mark the account disconnected in every client it was connected to.

  • In the Instagram app, open Settings, then "Website permissions" and "Apps and websites".
  • Under Active, find Vizantra and choose Remove.
  • To have the account’s data deleted as well, ask for deletion when you remove the app.

A deletion request made through Instagram is completed as soon as it reaches us: every connection to that Instagram account is removed, along with its stored token. Instagram shows a confirmation code for the request; quote it if you write to us about it.

What gets deleted

  • Access tokens for the connected accounts, deleted immediately.
  • Clients, dashboards, reports, schedules and portal links belonging to the account.
  • Stored Google Analytics 4 summary figures for the source or client you deleted.
  • Cached platform responses, which expire within an hour in any case.

Report PDFs are built when a report is sent and delivered by email, so there is no stored file to remove. Apart from those Google Analytics 4 summaries, we hold no copy of your advertising or analytics accounts, and deleting data in Vizantra changes nothing inside Google or Meta, where the original data stays under your control.
