Privacy PolicyWhat we collect, and why.

Vizantra reads marketing data from the accounts you connect so it can build dashboards and reports for your clients. This page explains exactly what that involves.

Who we are

Vizantra is a client reporting platform for marketing agencies, operated by Vizograph Solutions. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Vizograph Solutions, and "you" means the agency or person using Vizantra.

We are the data controller for the account information you give us directly. For the marketing data you connect, we act on your instructions as a processor: you decide which accounts to connect and who in your organization can see them.

What we collect

We collect three kinds of information.

  • Account information you give us: your name, email address, password (stored only as a hash, never in plain text), organization name, the clients you create and the branding you upload.
  • Marketing data from the platforms you connect: performance figures such as sessions, clicks, impressions, spend, conversions and the names of the campaigns, ads, pages and properties they belong to.
  • Technical information created by using the product: log entries, error reports, IP address, browser type, and the pages you open in the app. Card details are entered with our payment provider and never reach our servers; we receive only your billing email and the status of your subscription.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to put them into client names, report titles or other free-text fields.

Accounts you connect

When you connect Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads or Instagram, the platform asks you to approve access and then gives us a token. We store that token encrypted, and we use it only to read reporting data for the accounts you selected.

We ask for read-only permission wherever the platform offers one: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Ads and Instagram all have one, and those are the permissions we request. For Instagram that is the account’s profile and media, and its insights. The Google Ads API publishes no read-only equivalent, so the permission it grants is broader than what we do with it: Vizantra only ever reads. We never create, edit or pause campaigns, and we never post anything on your behalf.

Most figures are read live when a dashboard or report is opened, and kept briefly so the same view does not re-request them. Some Google Analytics 4 summary figures are also refreshed once a day and stored, so totals for the standard date ranges load immediately.

Data from one organization is never shown to another. You can disconnect a data source at any time, which deletes the stored token and any stored figures for that source.

How we use the data

  • To show dashboards, reports and shared client portals inside the product.
  • To send scheduled reports and summary emails to the recipients you choose.
  • To operate the service: authentication, support, fixing faults and preventing abuse.
  • To bill you for a paid plan and to send service messages about your account.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not use the marketing data you connect to train models.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

  • Hosting, database and network: Vercel, Railway, Neon and Cloudflare.
  • Caching of recent platform responses: Upstash.
  • Transactional email such as password resets and scheduled reports: Resend.
  • Payments and invoices for paid plans: Paddle.
  • Error reporting, where enabled: Sentry.
  • Text-generation providers used to draft the written summaries in reports, where you choose to generate one: Anthropic and OpenAI.

Some of these providers operate outside your country. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the provider’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

  • Account and client records: for as long as your account is open.
  • Access tokens for connected accounts: until you disconnect that data source or ask us to close your account.
  • Cached platform responses: from five minutes to an hour, then they are discarded.
  • Stored Google Analytics 4 summary figures: refreshed daily and removed after 24 months, or as soon as you disconnect the source or delete the client they belong to.
  • Report PDFs: generated when a report is sent and delivered by email. We do not keep a copy.
  • Log entries and error reports: a short operational window, then they are rotated out.

When you close your account we remove your data within 30 days, except anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons, such as invoices.

How we protect it

  • Access tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
  • All traffic runs over HTTPS.
  • Passwords are stored only as hashes.
  • Every query is scoped to your organization, so one agency cannot read another’s data.
  • Shared client portal links carry their own limited token, which you can revoke.
  • Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Much of this you can do yourself in the app: edit your profile, disconnect a data source, or delete a client, a dashboard, a report or a schedule.

To close your whole account, or to make any request by email, write to info@vizograph.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. Removing our access at the platforms themselves is described on our data deletion page.

Cookies and local storage

We set a cookie to keep you signed in. Preferences such as a collapsed sidebar or the account you last looked at are kept in your browser’s own storage and never sent to us as a profile.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and this marketing site carries no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Children

Vizantra is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we also tell you by email before it takes effect.
